Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our staffing team and provide high-quality care in nursing home and long-term care facilities. As an LPN, you will support residents with skilled nursing care, ensure compliance with care plans, and assist the healthcare team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition.
- Document all care provided, including vitals, assessments, and medication administration, in compliance with facility and state guidelines.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support when necessary.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies, ensuring resident safety and dignity at all times.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards within the facility.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in care plan development and interdisciplinary team meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Maryland
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or nursing home settings.

- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different facility environments.
