Morning: Review work travelers and drawings, set up mechanical and visual inspections, and program/run CMM and FARO Arm checks. Verify features with micrometers, height stands, optical comparators, and thread/plug gauges.

Midday: Perform first-piece approvals, final product and assembly inspections, and incoming verifications of vendor-supplied items for compliance with purchase orders. Capture plating thickness and validate GD&T callouts.

Afternoon: Document results and produce formal inspection reports per company procedures. Flag non-conformances, notify production/assembly teams, follow through on corrective actions, and highlight quality trends for management attention. Recommend improvements to methods and equipment.

Always: Interface professionally with customer and government representatives. Keep your area clean, safe, and organized. Perform other duties as assigned.
