- Knowledge of Quality Standards and Quality Management Software
- Corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, resolutions
- Understanding of analytical statistical tools
- Lean Manufacturing
- Background in CNC Machinery, Metal fabrication
- Production Manufacturing
- GD&T principles
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 8-12 year's experience in Quality Management
