Little Rockstars Academy partners with elementary schools across Central Florida to provide engaging after-school music enrichment programs.
We're looking for passionate music educators who believe music can inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Duties
- Deliver engaging and interactive after-school music classes for elementary school students.
- Teach Piano Club, Guitar Club, Music Explorers, or a combination of programs based on your skills and assignments.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels confident to participate.
- Inspire creativity, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
- Follow the Little Rockstars Academy curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and teaching style to each lesson.
- Prepare and organize instruments and teaching materials before and after each class.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with school staff, parents (when appropriate), and the Little Rockstars Academy team.
- Participate in occasional student showcases, performances, or special events.
- Represent Little Rockstars Academy professionally while creating positive experiences for students, families, and school partners.
- Build positive relationships with students and encourage their musical growth through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
Qualifications
- Passion for teaching and inspiring children through music.
- A warm, patient, and encouraging teaching style.
- Experience teaching children in a classroom, private lesson, camp, or group setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Piano, Guitar, General Music, or Early Childhood Music.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to elementary schools throughout the Greater Orlando area.
- Availability to teach weekday afternoons (approximately 2:00 PM–5:00 PM).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Florida Educator Certification or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Little Rockstars Academy team.
