As a CNA, you will:
Provide excellent, compassionate daily care to our residents
Answer call lights promptly and assist with personal needs
Help with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support resident mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Turn and reposition residents to ensure comfort and prevent skin issues
Assist with meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition
Observe residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Accurately measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Offer emotional support and meaningful companionship
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required — new graduates are welcome!
