Job Summary
The Opportunity
Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining a wide range of systems and equipment. This role combines onsite and remote support, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
Location: requires travel to local sites including but not limited to; Newton, Wellesley, Brookline and Boston/ Surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of independently resolving technical issues while providing guidance to end users and peers to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.

Experience supporting end-user computing, applications, and telecom systems preferred
Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

0-1 years of Customer service experience required

Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Solid knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and peripherals

Experience with technical systems, applications, and troubleshooting tools

Familiarity with Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and common business/phone systems
