Responsibilities:
- Install, balance, and repair tires on various types of vehicles
- Perform tire rotations
- Conduct tire inspections to identify any damage or wear
- Assist customers with tire selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tire installation and repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Skills:
- Sales: Ability to assist customers with tire selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Dealership: Experience working in a dealership setting preferred.
- Service technician: Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Automotive repair: Experience in repairing automotive systems, including tires.
- Hand tools: Proficiency in using hand tools for tire installation and repair.
- Mechanic: Understanding of mechanical systems in vehicles.
- Power tools: Familiarity with power tools used in tire installation and repair.
- Align: Ability to perform tire alignments accurately.
