Our Resident Engagement department is looking for an Enrichment Specialist to join their team! This role could support our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) or Nursing teams to provide enrichment activities to the residents.
You’re the kind of person who can turn a simple moment into something memorable. You enjoy helping others, sparking conversation, encouraging participation, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You’re dependable, compassionate, creative, and comfortable jumping in wherever you’re needed.
If that sounds like you, our Enrichment Specialist role could be a wonderful fit. This as-needed position helps keep the fun going by supporting our enrichment team when staff are on vacation or out of the office.

Lead engaging group programs that are meaningful, age-appropriate, and fun

Encourage residents to join in and help them get to and from activities

Bring creative program ideas to life by coordinating supplies with your manager

Document resident participation in our electronic record system

Support residents during mealtimes and help create opportunities for connection

Keep activity and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for the next great idea

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Follow safety procedures and use equipment appropriately

Protect resident and organizational confidentiality

Work under direction and supervision with a positive, team-focused attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior long-term care, dementia care, caregiving, or resident-care experience preferred, but not required

A willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and technologies
