Responsibilities:
Work one specific station but have the ability to cross work other station/stations on different days.
Fresh dough woodifred pizzas, grill station, sautée, fry and have the knowledge and ability to listen and follow directions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in pizza, sautee, fry and grill preparation, is preferred - Knowledge of menu planning and flavor combinations -
Familiarity with culinary techniques and meal preparation - Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
Skills: - Strong cooking skills, particularly in pizza making, grilling, sautée, fry.
Experience following "Standard Recipes" is a must.
Butchering meats/seafood, soups, sauces, knife skills ect is all a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff - Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests Join our team as Cook and be part of a dynamic culinary environment.
