About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of warehouse and fulfillment performance. This role is responsible for driving consistent execution across receiving, inventory control, storage, order prep, outbound shipping, and FBA workflow—while building systems, standards, and accountability that improve speed, accuracy, and output.
This is a leadership role for someone who can manage teams, enforce processes, and drive measurable operational improvement through strong daily execution and structured performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound receiving, storage, order prep, outbound shipping, and FBA shipments
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including: Inbound Shipping Coordinators, Outbound Shipping Coordinators, FBA Shipping Coordinators, Order Preppers.
- Build and enforce warehouse workflow standards, zones, and daily expectations
- Improve receiving accuracy and ensure clean staging, counting, and put-away processes
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through scanning compliance, audits, and cycle counts
- Reduce pick/pack/shipping errors through quality control processes and structured handoffs
- Establish weekly production targets and maintain consistent shipping output
- Train, coach, and develop employees while holding performance expectations
- Track warehouse KPIs (accuracy, throughput, backlog, space utilization) and implement improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment through daily routines and accountability
Tools & Systems
- Experience with inventory systems strongly preferred (SellerCloud, or similar)
- Comfortable working with scanners, warehouse reporting, and operational tracking
Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience (Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Supervisor)
- Strong inventory management and warehouse process knowledge
- Proven ability to enforce standards, lead teams, and drive improvement
- Comfortable working on the floor daily and leading by example
Preferred
- Amazon FBA experience
- Experience building SOPs, training systems, and performance tracking routines

- Inventory is traceable and matches the system
- Weekly outbound and FBA shipments remain steady and on schedule
- Errors decrease, productivity improves, and the team operates with clear expectations
- The warehouse stays organized daily and supports growth efficiently
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
