Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Apartment turnovers (move-in/move-out painting)
- Full interior repaints
- Touch-up painting
- Drywall repair and texture matching
- Stucco patching and painting
- Cabinet painting (preferred)
- Door and trim painting
- Ceiling painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, masking, patching and caulking
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate job progress with our office
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional painting experience
- Own transportation
- Own painting tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Able to complete projects on schedule
- Smartphone for communication and photos
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with apartment complexes
- Experience with property management companies
- Knowledge of drywall repair and texture matching
- Experience spraying and rolling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
