We're expanding our team and looking for a full-time Verizon Associate to join our growing telecommunications campaign. This entry-level, in-person role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers access reliable wireless services through available telecommunications programs.
As a Verizon Associate, you'll engage directly with customers throughout assigned communities, explain available wireless service options, review program qualifications, and guide eligible customers through the enrollment process. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and continuous coaching to help you develop valuable skills in customer service, sales, community outreach, telecommunications, and account support.
Responsibilities of a Verizon Associate
- Meet with customers throughout assigned communities to discuss available wireless service programs
- Explain wireless plans, mobile devices, and connectivity options in a clear and professional manner
- Review customer eligibility requirements and answer questions about available programs
- Assist qualified customers with applications, enrollments, account setup, and activation
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and customer information
- Build trust through outstanding customer service and professional communication
- Support daily enrollment goals while providing a positive customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on wireless services, promotions, and enrollment procedures
What We're Looking For

- Organized and detail-oriented when handling applications and enrollment information
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Interest in customer service, telecommunications, community outreach, sales, enrollment services, or client support
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, canvassing, or community outreach is helpful but not required
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
