Full-Time Opportunity – No Swing Shifts! Join Our Team in Neenah, WI!
Special Service Partners—a leading manufacturer of tags and labels—is hiring a full-time Finishing Operator to join our awesome team! This is an entry-level position with openings available on 1st shift:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
We offer a supportive team environment and on-the-job training!
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate various finishing equipment: knotters, loopers, wire machines, envelopers, stitchers, shrink-wrappers, and fanfolding machines.
- Follow job jackets to complete orders accurately to customer specifications.
- Clearly label and mark finished products including boxes, cartons, and skids.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet or exceed daily performance standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for up to 8 hours
- Use fine motor skills and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination
- Perform repetitive tasks (e.g., fanfolding, wire twisting, bending)
- Lift up to 65 lbs
- Work in a manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and occasional exposure to solvents (PPE provided)
