Remote Debt Relief Consultant
$75,000–$90,000+ Earning Potential | Warm Leads | No Cold Calling
Clear Coast Debt Relief is growing and looking for motivated sales professionals who want to build a rewarding career while helping people become debt-free.
You'll work exclusively with warm inbound leads and AI-generated live transfers—. This is a consultative phone sales position where you'll educate consumers, build trust, and guide them toward a financial solution that can truly change their lives.
Industry experience is helpful but not required. If you're coachable, confident on the phone, and driven by performance, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with inbound and warm leads looking for help with debt
- Have supportive conversations to understand each client’s situation
- Explain available debt relief options and answer questions clearly
- Guide interested clients through the next steps in the process
- Keep notes and track activity in our CRM system (training provided)
- Follow up with prospects who need additional time or information
- Work with your team to improve results and client experience
Who Succeeds in This Role
- Phone sales experience preferred
- Debt settlement, mortgage, insurance, financial services, or inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong communicator
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely
- Coachable
- Ethical
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Previous experience in sales or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce)
- Experience working toward goals or performance targets
