Job Summary
St. William's Care Center is now seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and direct our team in delivering exceptional cleanliness. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Duties
- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality cleaning.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards, safety regulations.
- Complete staffing schedule.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed.
- Lead by example by working alongside staff.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
