Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Residential Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team! If you're a skilled service plumber who enjoys solving problems, helping homeowners, and taking pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a residential service plumbing position—not new construction. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, complete quality work, and provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment appointments to diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
- Provide on-site quotes to clients for recommended repairs or installations.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
- Take clear photos and document all work performed for records and client transparency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper cleanup after completing each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining solutions in a professional manner.
- Use power tools and hand tools efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Collect payment on-site using provided payment systems.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Residential Journeyman Plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for a variety of plumbing systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with photo documentation and job record-keeping.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing system layouts.
- Background in maintenance or general construction is a plus but not required.
