Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all rooms and surfaces in residential homes.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Manage household chores like organizing spaces, changing bed linens, and tidying up clutter to enhance overall cleanliness.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Follow safety protocols and use janitorial equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in deep cleans and move out cleans
- Must provide your own supplies and equipment for cleaning
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough and high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members.
We are looking for independent contractors not employees.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
