Position Summary
The 19th Hole Server is responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and high-quality service to members and guests at the club’s 19th Hole outlet. This position operates in a quick-service environment where team members take orders at the service window, prepare beverages, deliver food when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized service area.
This role also supports overall Food & Beverage operations by assisting the kitchen, bussing tables, and helping pool service staff when needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the club.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and provide prompt, friendly service at the 19th Hole service window.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Prepare and serve beverages including beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with club standards.

Deliver food items to guests when necessary and ensure accuracy of orders.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service window, beverage station, and surrounding dining areas.

Clear tables, remove used dishes and glassware, and assist with bussing as needed.

Restock beverages, glassware, condiments, and service supplies throughout the shift.

Assist kitchen staff with food running, organization, and light support duties when needed.

Support pool service operations during slower periods by assisting servers or bartenders when directed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent service to members and guests.

Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and preparing the outlet for service.

Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails preferred.

Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry trays or supplies up to 30 pounds.

Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor service environments.
