As the Host, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and expressing gratitude as they leave.
- Managing the waitlist and seating chart to balance server sections and minimize wait times.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing our reservation platforms.
- Communicating accurate wait times and setting clear guest expectations during busy periods.
- Walking guests to their tables and presenting menus with a smile.
- Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entryway.
- Coordinating with servers, bussers, and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns professionally or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Assisting with to-go/takeout orders and phone-in orders as needed.
- Supporting other front-of-house tasks during slower periods to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience: At least 1 year of hostess, server, or customer service experience preferred.
- Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
