Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Burley, Idaho
Schedule: Full-time
High Desert Milk is adding additional forklift positions to support our growing needs:
4 positions
- 2 - Nights Shift (6pm-6am)
- 2 - Day Shift (6am-6pm)
Summary:
High Desert Milk is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to handle, move, and store finished products in our cooled warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and a strong team player who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and handle products with care
- Maintain accurate inventory and paperwork
- Support other departments when needed
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Use PPE and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years warehouse and forklift experience required. Will not train new forklift operators in this role.
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and team focus
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
