Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Engage with leads in English
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our services
- Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar system, ensuring all details are clear and confirmed
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, including data entry into CRM or other client management tools
- Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles, outbound calling, or appointment setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer service principles and client support strategies
- Experience in sales or customer support roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong analysis skills to interpret client needs and prioritize outreach efforts
