Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Destin team. This position combines luxury in-spa wellness care with concierge mobile IV services, providing clients with exceptional clinical care wherever they choose to receive treatment. Our nurses are more than infusion specialists—they are wellness consultants, educators, brand ambassadors, and relationship builders committed to delivering an extraordinary client experience.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) safely administers IV hydration therapies, vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness treatments both within the Prime IV spa and through our Mobile IV Program. This role requires exceptional clinical judgment, outstanding IV skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences while helping grow Prime IV's presence throughout the Destin community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification (required or obtained within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years of substantive Emergency Department, ICU, Critical Care, Flight Nursing, Infusion, or comparable high-acuity IV experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Demonstrated marketing, networking, business development, or community relationship experience
- Excellent peripheral IV insertion and vascular access skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the St. Augustine service area
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Perform nursing assessments and administer physician-approved IV therapies and wellness injections.
- Monitor clients before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation.
- Follow Prime IV clinical protocols and Florida nursing regulations.
In-Spa Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury client experience.
- Educate clients on wellness plans, memberships, and IV therapies.
- Support daily spa operations and inventory.
Mobile IV Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge IV services in homes, hotels, businesses, and events.
- Safely transport equipment and maintain professional standards.
Business Development
- Build referral relationships and community partnerships.
- Participate in marketing events and networking opportunities.
- Promote memberships and wellness programs.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Mobile IV business.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based upon clinical experience, leadership background, emergency nursing expertise, and business development experience. Additional earning opportunities are available through performance-based incentives tied to measurable goals, including revenue growth, membership conversions, client satisfaction, referral generation, community partnerships, and operational performance. Incentive comp based on sales growth is a great opportunity.
Schedule
Full-time. This is a high volumn retail business weekend availability preferred and expected. Combination of scheduled spa shifts and mobile IV appointments. Participation in community events and promotional activities as needed.

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
