5 years of experience with corrective maintenance, projects and troubleshooting with manufacturing equipment and processes. Knowledge on:
- Metal conforming equipment such mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, automated resistive welding lines, roll forming, MIG/MAG automated welding, overhead chain conveyor, roller conveyor, E-Coat and Top Coat painting.
- Hydraulics: Pumps, pressure regulators, Cylinders, Valves, Hose assembly and read schematics.
- Pneumatics: Valves, cylinders and read schematics.
- Welding: Cutting torch, Mig welding, Arc welding and Metal fabrication work, drilling and tapping.
- Power transmission: Air clutch / brake, Gearboxes and reducers, coupling assembly and alignment, gears assembly and sprocket / chain transmission.
- Mechanical: Bearings assembly, Measurement devices such caliper, micrometer and dial gages
- Familiar with motor controls, Electrical circuits, Wire sizing, electrical circuit protection devices, relays and Proximity sensors, Photo eyes and limit switches.
