What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with patients
- Partner with doctors and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Contribute to recall and reactivation efforts to support practice health
- Participate in team meetings and help identify ways to strengthen hygiene systems
What We're Looking For
- Active RDH license in Virginia (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first mindset and the flexibility to thrive in a growing organization
- Experience with dental practice management software a plus (we use Denticon)
