4 x 10-hour shifts (3-day weekend every week)
OR

Mandatory Team Development:

Tuesday 12:30–2:00 PM (Staff Meeting)

Thursday 12:30–2:00 PM (Training & Growth Time)

Regen bonus: Up to $1,000/month
