The property is entering an exciting stage of improvement, repositioning, and guest experience enhancement, with renewed focus on resort programming, food and beverage, group opportunities, direct bookings, local partnerships, and stronger market visibility.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow revenue, strengthen the resort’s presence in the market, and support the continued evolution of the property.

- Identify, prospect, and secure new business from local companies, travel partners, tour operators, event planners, social groups, corporate accounts, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, concierges, event contacts, chambers, associations, and hospitality-related referral sources.
- Respond to inquiries for groups, meetings, events, retreats, room blocks, and special packages in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours for prospective clients, partners, and event contacts.
- Assist with creating packages, promotions, seasonal offers, and value-added guest experiences.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Management team to align sales activity with occupancy needs, rate strategy, market demand, and business mix.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media content, email campaigns, website content updates, guest communications, local promotions, and digital visibility.
- Help improve the resort’s online presence through content coordination, photography opportunities, review awareness, local listings, and brand messaging.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, local events, and demand generators that may impact resort performance.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, follow-ups, proposals, contracts, and sales activity.
- Prepare regular sales updates outlining leads, calls, outreach, booked business, pending opportunities, and future strategy.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Operations to ensure booked business is properly communicated and executed.
- Represent the resort professionally at networking events, local business functions, tourism events, and community opportunities when appropriate.
- Support the overall repositioning of the resort through stronger visibility, sharper messaging, and more intentional sales activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
