Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic quick service restaurant. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service while efficiently preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Serve customers with prompt, friendly service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at shift end.
- Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and general kitchen duties as needed.
- Ensure quick service delivery during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment typical of quick service & fast food restaurants.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and flexibility to work various shifts including peak hours. Pay: $12.50 - $13.75 per hour
