Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at the GitN'Split in Scottsbluff. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring store compliance with company policies.
- Assisting with store scheduling to ensure all days and hours are covered.
- Able to work a variety of hours. Days, Mid and Closing. Work weekends and/or days the Store Manager is off.
- Provide excellent customer service and fostering a positive experience for customers.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers for transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Support staff training and development to enhance team performance and productivity. Available to take calls from store clerks with questions.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a convenience store, grocery store or retail environment is prefered.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Administrative experience, including familiarity with budgeting and inventory management.
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
