We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy orthopedic and regenerative medicine practice. This individual will lead our front and back office teams, optimize clinic workflows, support our providers, and ensure every patient receives the high level of service MASI Clinic is known for.

Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the clinic. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures operational efficiency and maintains exceptional patient service while supporting the overall goals of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Supervise front office, medical assistant, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate provider schedules, exam room utilization, and staffing coverage.
- Monitor clinic efficiency and resolve operational issues in real time.
- Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment servicing.
Staff Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach clinic staff.
- Assist with onboarding and training.
- Manage employee scheduling, attendance, PTO requests, and daily staffing assignments.
- Conduct routine performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of medical office management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience supervising clinical and administrative staff.
- Knowledge of front office and back office workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
