Job Summary
Columbus Roofing Rescue is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to help prepare residential roofing projects for installation.
The primary responsibility will be ordering roofing materials through ABC Supply using EagleView reports. You will also help coordinate deliveries, communicate with crews and suppliers, and make sure each project is ready to build.
This position will begin part-time and may grow into a full-time role. Additional office and administrative duties may be included.
Responsibilities
- Review EagleView reports and project information
- Calculate and order residential roofing materials through ABC Supply
- Verify shingle colors, quantities, accessories, and delivery information
- Schedule material deliveries and coordinate with roofing crews
- Confirm each project has everything needed before installation
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, sales representatives, and office staff
- Help maintain job files, schedules, and project records
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Resolve material shortages or delivery issues quickly
Qualifications
- Residential roofing or construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with roofing materials and EagleView reports is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience ordering from ABC Supply is strongly preferred
