In this role, you’ll lead crew members during your shift, ensure excellent customer service, and keep operations running smoothly. Lead and motivate team members to deliver great service and quality products

Oversee shift operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reports

Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Train and coach employees to help them grow and succeed

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Assist with inventory control and product ordering when needed

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but not required (Pizza experience is a bonus)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
