Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food with proper techniques, including knife skills, portion control, and food handling procedures
- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods
- Passion for food service, meal preparation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
