ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls from our clients or respond to messages with in 1 hour.
- Ask appropriate questions and actively listen while documenting the issues and determine if it can be resolved remote.
- Provide clear expectations to customers on when they can expect issue resolution
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of call center experience in a technical environment.
- knowledge of AD, Server/workstation diagnostics, networking, switches firewalls and cabling
- Ability to relate well to customers and express empathy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

- Must be able to lift and move a blade server weighing 30 lbs.
