Full-Time Schedule Requirements
Full-time employees must:
- Work a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Be available to work at least two weekends per month.
- Report on time and remain available for the entire scheduled shift.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Be flexible when operational or patient-care needs require schedule adjustments.
Full-time employees receive priority when schedules are created and may be eligible for guaranteed hours, bonuses, benefits, and advancement opportunities when applicable.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide safe and professional non-emergency medical transportation.
- Complete patient assessments and deliver care within the provider’s certification level.
- Safely operate company vehicles and follow all traffic and safety requirements.
- Inspect the assigned ambulance, stretcher, oxygen equipment, and medical supplies before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked unit.
- Communicate patient updates, delays, wait times, and operational concerns to dispatch promptly.
- Complete all AngelTrack documentation and ePCR reports accurately before the end of the assigned shift.
- Follow all company documentation, attendance, uniform, safety, and communication policies.
- Work cooperatively with an assigned partner and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist supervisors with field operations, employee guidance, equipment accountability, and problem-solving when requested.
- Represent Genesis 7 professionally when interacting with hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospice organizations, patients, and families.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Georgia certification as an EMR, EMT-B, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic.
- Current CPR/BLS certification appropriate for the position.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Previous EMS, medical transportation, patient-care, or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to pass all required background, motor vehicle, drug-screening, and employment checks.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and assist patients using proper techniques and available equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use electronic documentation and scheduling systems.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Availability to meet all full-time weekday and weekend scheduling requirements.
