Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience ($18 - $30+/hr depending on skill level)
Best Manufacturing, Inc. is an ISO-certified precision machining company seeking both Experienced Machinists and Ambitious Trainees ready to learn the trade. We offer paid, hands-on training (including CNC programming) for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a solid work ethic!

Current Openings:
- CNC 5-Axis Programmer/Operator
- CNC Mill/Horizontal Programmer/Operator
- Machining Apprentice/Trainee
Qualifications for Experienced Machinists:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including machining symbols and dimensions
- Proficient in setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines
- Capable of holding tolerances to +/- .001
- Familiar with G&M code programming (CAM or Mazatrol a plus)
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gage blocks)
- Able to perform own setups and operate cranes for part loading
- Experience with low-volume, high-precision machining preferred
- Must keep work area clean and safe
Qualifications for Entry Level/Apprentice Applicants
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn precision machining.
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Vocational training, shop experience, or mechanical background preferred (but willing to train the right person).
