Job Description:
As an E-commerce Operations Analyst, you will drive data-informed strategies to optimize account performance and accelerate sales growth across Amazon. Please note: This is strictly an operations, analytics, and sales-focused role; it is NOT a brand marketing, public relations, or creative design position.
You will focus on the backend operations of e-commerce, designing, executing, and refining advertising campaigns (PPC), managing listings, and ensuring alignment with inventory and business objectives. Your role includes analyzing consumer behavior, tracking competitive insights, and translating complex data into actionable strategies. By leveraging advanced data visualization and AI tools, you will enable informed decision-making and partner with cross-functional teams (including our national warehouse network) to align operational initiatives with overarching sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Account Operations: Oversee daily backend operations, deeply understand and utilize various Amazon tools to develop effective sales strategies. Monitor account health, conduct regular reviews, and adjust plans to optimize operational results.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales velocity, keyword performance, product rankings, and inventory metrics on schedule. Propose and implement systematic optimization strategies to enhance store traffic and conversion rates.
- Advertising Optimization (PPC): Analyze advertising reports and refine campaigns to boost click-through and conversion rates. Strictly control ACOS and TACOS to ensure maximum ROI.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market gaps. Formulate effective, data-backed sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the electronics category.
- New Product Launch & Listing Optimization: Conduct market research for new product rollouts, craft highly optimized and compliant product listings, and design comprehensive launch strategies.
- Market & Policy Awareness: Stay proactively updated on market trends and Amazon policy/algorithm changes. Communicate insights to leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support the Operations Director with inventory planning, maintain seamless communication with warehouse teams across the country, and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Role Alignment: Highly logical and analytical thinker. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability and familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance workflow efficiency, automate data parsing, or optimize listings.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Data Visualization: Experience with reporting and Business Intelligence tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central operations is a plus but not required.
Work Style: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

Pay: The base salary range for this position is $65000-$90000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
