About Us
Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, grounded, growth-oriented licensed therapist to join our integrative mental health team in Cedar Rapids. We are not a high-volume therapy mill. We're building a collaborative, sustainable practice focused on meaningful clinical work, strong patient relationships, and innovative approaches to healing — integrating psychiatry, functional medicine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness. We're especially drawn to clinicians who value depth-oriented work and long-term healing.

Position Structure
- In-person presence in Cedar Rapids required initially; hybrid flexibility after onboarding
- Full-time preferred; we'll consider strong part-time fits
- Phased structure (1099 to W-2) depending on experience and fit — new clinicians may begin in a transitional structure while building caseload, with a clear path toward salaried W-2 with benefits as the schedule fills
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed in Iowa (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
- Trauma-informed and relationship-oriented
- Strong clinical boundaries and professionalism
- Collaborative within a multidisciplinary team
- **EMDR, IFS, somatic, couples, KAP-informed, or integrative experience strongly valued**
Compensation
Depends on licensure, experience, specialty training, and caseload, with additional opportunities through group/workshop participation, retreats/intensives, and specialty programming. Phased 1099-to-W-2 path with benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) at the W-2 stage.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
