As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available (Shift details below)

Shift 1: Grave/Day Mix: 1am to 9am: Thursday & Friday/ 9am to 5pm: Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Shift 2: Swing: 5pm to 1am: Wednesday to Sunday.

Shift 3: PT Swing: 5pm to 1am: Monday & Tuesday.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard
-
Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you fulfill the critical need of Access Control by checking IDs, answering phones, and dealing with visitors and deliveries.

You are a great Team player!

You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on your feet on a regular scheduled basis: Interior/Exterior.

You can reflect high Ideals, by representing GardaWorld, as you work and communicate with members of our client, that reflect positively upon GardaWorld.

You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, threats or espionage for a safe experience.

You provide rapid response in critical situations.

You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.

You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

You are comfortable with Body Camera usage on your person.
Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand.

You have a Minimum of at least 2 years of working in a high paced industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or similarly fast paced facilities.

Must be willing and able to carry and deploy a company-issued less-lethal self defense device (Byrna Launcher) in accordance with company policy, state law, and client requirements.

You have a "Do what it takes" attitude and have a history of success.

You are proficient in working with computers, phones, and other Hi-Tech tools.

You have CPR Certification or can be certified within 1 week of an offer.

You have a valid PILB in hand.

You must obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and permits required by the State of Nevada and company policy.

You must be over 21 years old.

You are authorized to work in the US.
