We are hiring part time pick & pack shipping staff for an eCommerce & 3PL business. You will be working in a warehouse environment with your main responsibility being order fulfillment. There will be lots of walking, so bring some comfortable shoes and be prepared to be on your feet all day. Some of your work will be alone and some will be working with others. There are many tasks to help with from receiving, sorting, palletizing, picking, packing, package hand-off to carriers, cleaning & organizing.
We are hiring 2 Part Time positions.
The ideal candidate is someone who is responsible and wants to work with other high performers. Being self motivated, humble, and goal oriented is important.
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking & Packing eCommerce orders
- Inventory counting / management
- Receiving and palletizing goods
- Maintaining shipping speed
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
Pay: $20 per hour
Working Hours: 9AM-1PM (4 hours per day) with the ability to work full days or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to move quickly
- Memorize small lists
- Maintain a steady shipping speed to meet daily quotas
- Ability to not use cell phone during shift
- Lift up to 30-50 LBS
- Detail oriented
Helpful Qualifications:
- Experience with WMS / 3PL software
- Experience using eCommerce software such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce etc
- Operating pallet jacks, pallet stackers, forklifts
- Knowledge of Dice / Board Games
- Photography / Illustration / Graphics Art experience
