Join the Spirit Group Team!
Spirit Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Orlando team. This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products while helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (training/certification provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills are a plus
