We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourly Based on Experience
Responsibilities:-
Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
- Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for responding to guest calls and work orders
They need to have a broad understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, HVAV, plumbing, painting, wall coverings, carpentry, and electronic repair and maintenance
Qualifications:-
Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
