We are looking for qualified individuals who have at least one year of experience in residential and commercial grounds maintenance, or one year of experience in landscape installation and construction.
- Work directly with Maintenance Crew Chief
- Must be motivated, detail-oriented and able to work
with a team.
Job Description:
- Mowing/Weedeating/Edging and Blowing of Turf and hard surfaces in and around property.
- Leaf removal in the fall from turf and planting beds.
- Application of chemicals, fertilizers and seed to turf areas and plants as needed.
- Proper pruning of plant materials, as needed.
- Hand weed planting beds and natural areas.
- Mulching / Pine Needling – spreading mulch or pine needles in planting beds
Overall maintenance of shop, trucks and equipment:
- Keep trucks clean, maintained and organized
- Keep equipment clean, maintained and organized
- Keep shop and nursery clean, watered and organized
- Notify Maintenance Foreman of needs and repairs
Requirements:
- Two forms of identification
- You must have transportation to and from our shop.
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic lighting and irrigation
Hours:
- Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
