Our service department is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures
- Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
- Complete maintenance services including inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and repair information
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
- Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification programs
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Technician experience
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Ford certifications preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
$22.00 - $45.00 per hour
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
