About the Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development (Healthcare) Manager to expand and strengthen partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. This role will help increase referrals, grow community engagement, and advance our Food Is Medicine mission by building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, hospitals, health systems, and community-based organizations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, strategic outreach, healthcare partnerships, and leading initiatives that create measurable community impact.
What Were Looking For

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, community engagement, or a related field.

2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience

Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience using data and KPIs to inform decision-making

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
