SUMMARY
Prepare various welded materials and turn them into the finished product
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Able to understand work orders, schematics, and build from raw materials to finished products
- Finish products to meet Standards on work orders. (Quantities, Dimensions, and Specific)
- Lifts heavy objects by hand. (up to 50+ pounds)
- Loads, unloads, organizes, and maintains inventory counts of products during production.
- Ability to follow visual, written, and/or oral instructions
- Complies with all Company Safety Practices and Procedures (Approach every task with a Safety-First mindset)
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Responsible for performance, skillset, and reasonable requests from management, based on relative position levels as outlined above. (Position-level progression is subject to business needs and manager approval.)
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Forklift certification is encouraged, but not required - company will train

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical stamina, coordination, and strength are needed to move, load, and receive products and materials. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; have finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to climb or
balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must be able to routinely lift and/or move up to SO pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than SO pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to use sense of smell
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is in a busy, working fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The warehouse space is not climate-controlled.
