Cliff House Lodge & Hot Tub Cottages is a boutique lodging property in Morrison, Colorado — minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We offer themed cottages, private hot tubs, and curated guest experiences. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in every detail of the guest stay.
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, personable Weekend Closer to join our team immediately on a part-time basis. You'll work afternoon closing shifts on weekends — welcoming guests, handling check-ins, keeping the property guest-ready, and closing out the night by 7–8 PM.
If you're someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in guests arriving during your shift
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and requests
- Complete the end-of-shift closing checklist
- Inspect and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces
- Test and balance hot tub water chemistry
- Manage gift shop transactions and restock as needed
- Report any guest issues or maintenance concerns to management
- Hand off the phone and cash box to management at close
What We're Looking For
- Reliable — you show up on time and follow through
- Friendly and professional — you represent the property with care
- Autonomous — you can manage the property independently during your shift
- Available Friday through Sunday, afternoons
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, not required
