We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Cleaner & Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment throughout service and at the end of the night.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and understands the importance of supporting the kitchen team.
Restaurant experience is required.
Schedule Details: Most shifts conclude around 11:00 PM, though closing times may occasionally extend later depending on business volume and nightly cleaning responsibilities. Additional shifts may be available based on restaurant needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Dishwashing
- Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Organizing and putting away clean dishes and equipment
- Polishing glassware, china, and utensils as needed
Kitchen Cleaning
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors at the end of shift
- Sanitizing counters, prep stations, sinks, and kitchen surfaces
- Cleaning and organizing work areas throughout the shift
- Spraying and cleaning garbage cans when necessary
- Assisting with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
General Responsibilities
- Taking garbage to the dumpster at the end of shift
- Following all sanitation and food safety standards
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Assisting the kitchen team as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to perform physical work and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity throughout the shift
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous restaurant experience required
