The Grange Restaurant Group, which includes Wayland Brewing Company, West Rose, The Grange Community Kitchen, & The Grange Outpost now also offers off-site wedding & event catering.
This role will include events at off-site venues across Western New York.
Server Responsibilities
- Prioritize the details of service appropriately & adapt to constantly changing priorities
- Assist with event packing/setup and cleanup in days before & after event
- Display positive & enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Knowledge of all items being served, allergies, cooking technique, flavor profile including all possible substitutions
- Observe and adhere to proper serving etiquette and techniques according to Grange Group standards
- Pour water, pass hors d’oeuvres, run drinks & food, clear guests.
- Accurately answer guests’ questions about the event, food, & beverage
- Address and resolve any questions or complaints promptly & politely. Escalating issues through the proper channels as needed
- Adhere to conduct, service, and uniform standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
