Restaurant Manager
Barrel & Vine – Plainfield, IL
Barrel & Vine is a polished dining destination known for crafted cocktails, global wines, an extensive whiskey selection, and a scratch New American kitchen. We’re seeking a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences at our Plainfield location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front of House operations
- Lead shifts, manage staffing, and coach team members
- Deliver outstanding guest service and handle customer concerns
- Conduct table visits and maintain floor presence
- Monitor food and beverage quality and consistency
- Control labor, costs, and overall profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Review financial reports and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager or Hospitality leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and bar operations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Financial management and cost-control experience
- Familiarity with POS and reservation systems

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
