- Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation.
- Monitor property conditions and identify opportunities for improvement in operations, appearance, and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, rent collection, maintenance, and compliance documentation.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense monitoring as needed.
- Help enforce community policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve property goals.
- Ensure that all activities are completed in alignment with applicable housing requirements and organizational standards.
- Experience in property management, residential operations, leasing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency with common office software and property management systems preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience with affordable housing or housing tax credit compliance.
- Knowledge of lease-up processes, recertifications, and resident file management.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and property inspections.
